Beach House Teas Signature Recipe: Cranberry Crush Holiday Punch

A glass pitcher of red punch with orange slices, cranberries, and rosemary beside two glasses near a misty coastal window.

A pitcher of punch lets guests pour a drink without mixing each glass separately. This recipe combines chilled Cranberry Crush tea with cranberry and citrus juices, then adds ginger ale or sparkling water just before serving.

We hand-mix our teas in small batches on Washington’s Long Beach Peninsula, with a kiss of Pacific Ocean air. Here, a berry-and-citrus blend is at the center of a simple holiday drink for sharing.

Cranberry Crush Holiday Punch

Yield: Serves 8–10.

Prepare and chill the tea before assembling the punch.

Ingredients

4 cups strongly brewed Cranberry Crush, chilled; 3 cups cranberry juice; 2 cups orange juice; 1/4 cup fresh lime juice; 1 liter ginger ale or sparkling water; fresh cranberries; orange slices; rosemary.

Instructions

  1. Combine tea and juices in a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  2. Immediately before serving, add ginger ale or sparkling water.
  3. Add cranberries and orange slices; garnish with rosemary.

Our presentation tip

Freeze cranberries and orange slices into an ice ring for a festive presentation. Choose a food-safe mold that fits your punch bowl and leave time for freezing before the gathering.

The ice ring is optional. You can also serve the punch from a suitable large pitcher without adding a separate preparation project.

Brew and strain before chilling

Use 4 cups strongly brewed tea, not dry leaves. Strain the tea before chilling and measuring it into the punch.

Choose one sparkling finish

Use 1 liter of either ginger ale or sparkling water, not 1 liter of each.

Ginger ale contributes its own sweetness and flavor; sparkling water gives a different finish. Check the drink labels and guests’ preferences before selecting one. The punch still contains fruit juice, so choosing sparkling water does not make it sugar-free.

Add the sparkling ingredient immediately before serving.

What Cranberry Crush brings

Cranberry Crush is a caffeine-free blend of rooibos, rose hips, orange peel, hibiscus, chamomile, cranberries, and pure extracts. Its berry-and-citrus character connects with the separate juices in this punch.

The cranberries, juice, and orange slices remain separate ingredients; the blend does not replace them.

Make serving straightforward

Set out glasses, a suitable ladle if using a bowl, and a clear place for guests to pour. Keep the table stable and avoid crowding it with decorations.

Use fresh food-grade fruit and rosemary for garnish, not decorative greenery collected outdoors. Keep ingredient information available so guests can choose comfortably.

This punch contains no alcohol. Let it stand as a main drink option without requiring anyone to explain why they choose it.

Plan for the listed yield

The recipe serves approximately 8–10. Glass size and portions affect how far a batch goes.

Prepare the tea and juices in advance of assembly, and keep the sparkling finish separate until serving. Familiar snacks and a few comfortable seats can be enough for the gathering.
