How to steep
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6–8 fl oz of fresh water heated to 205°F. Scoop the tea into an infuser, pour water over it, and steep for 5–6 minutes for optimal flavor. Enjoy 1–2 steeps; use fresh leaves often.
