Made with organic sustainably harvested pure cane sugar that is certified Vegan, Kosher, and USDA Organic. Depending on the flavor, the sugars are infused with organic Pacific Northwest lavender; organic Pacific Northwest mint; organic lemon peel granules; organic sage and organic cranberries from Washington's Long Beach Peninsula; organic cloves, organic cinnamon, and organic star anise pods; or organic juniper berries and organic apples.
