Growing Up Coastal For Kids is a caffeine-free herbal loose leaf blend with a sweet, lightly spiced flavor and a delicate lemon undertone. Organic rosehips, steel cut oats, lemon balm, nettle leaf, raspberry leaf, cinnamon chips, and stevia come together in this seven-ingredient blend.
Make a family tea break part of an afternoon at home, whether you're sharing a story or gathering around the table. Stevia adds sweetness without added sugar. Let the brewed tea cool to a comfortable drinking temperature before serving.
Ingredients
Organic Rosehips, Organic Steel Cut Oats, Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Nettle Leaf, Organic Raspberry Leaf, Organic Cinnamon Chips, Organic Stevia.
How to steep
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6–8 fl oz of fresh water heated to 212°F. Scoop the tea into an infuser, pour water over it, and steep for 7–8 minutes for optimal flavor. Enjoy 1–2 steeps; use fresh leaves often. Allow the tea to cool before serving to children.
While our tea is 100% all-natural tea contains no additives, preservatives or colorants, we suggest you check with your child's health care professional before serving to your children.
We encourage parents to share these wonderful teas with their children. If the taste is
too strong or complex, add extra water or ice. What may begin as little more than flavored
water, could turn into a lifelong appreciation for a variety of tea flavors. We also suggest
serving the tea cooled, at room temperature or lukewarm.
