Organic White Peony Tea, Organic Black Tea, Organic Rose Hips, Organic Hibiscus, Organic Blueberries, Organic Apples, Organic Strawberries, Organic Raspberries, Organic Raspberry Leaf, Organic Strawberry Leaf, Pure Extracts.
How to steep iced
Use 1/2 oz of tea depending on taste, approximately 5 teaspoons. Pour 32 fl oz of water over the tea in a filter and combine in a lidded jar. Steep for 1–3 hours in the sun or 2–4 hours in the refrigerator. Strain and enjoy.
How to steep hot
Use 1 heaping teaspoon, more or less to taste. Heat fresh water to 212°F, pour over the tea, and steep for 6–8 minutes.
