Ingredients
Organic Black Tea, Organic Bee Pollen, Organic Lavender, Natural oil of bergamot, Pure Extract.
How to steep
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 fl oz of fresh water heated to 200°F. Pour water over the tea, adding milk and sugar if desired. Steep for 3–5 minutes for optimal flavor. Enjoy 1–2 steeps; use fresh leaves often.
