Ingredients
Organic Licorice Root, Organic Peppermint, Organic Fennel Seed, Organic Basil Leaf, Organic Lemon Verbena, Pure Extract.
How to steep
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 fl oz of fresh water heated to 212°F. Pour water over the tea and steep for 6–8 minutes for optimal flavor. Enjoy 1–2 steeps; use fresh leaves often.
