Payment

Payments must be made at time of purchase either through our online shop on this website or through Etsy. 

Shipping

Most of our items are shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notice once your item has shipped and is on the way. Please note that around holidays our shipping schedule may differ. If there is a delay in processing your order, you will be notified. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds must be submitted within 15 days of purchase. Only unopened items (seals must not be broken) may be returned for a refund.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
